Return & Refund Policy

At North + Rose, we want you to love the pieces you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Please include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow:

Up to 7 business days for inspection and processing
Up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Although we carefully inspect every order before shipping, damage during transit can occasionally occur.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of the damage or incorrect item.

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Burned or used candles
Sculpture candles (made to order)
Vintage furniture or one-of-a-kind vintage items
Custom or personalized products
• Items marked Final Sale

Workshops & Event Bookings

Workshop and event bookings are non-refundable once reserved.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may allow rescheduling depending on availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

North + Rose is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order, or
• A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred

Local Pickup Orders

For orders selected as local pickup, customers will receive an email once their order is ready.
