At North + Rose, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure your items arrive safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days from the date they are placed.

Please note:

• Orders placed during sales, promotions, or holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Sculpture candles are made to order and may require an additional 2–3 business days before shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Canada Shipping

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

We currently offer:

Free Shipping
Orders $150 CAD and over

Standard Shipping
3–9 business days — $15 CAD

Express Shipping
1–2 business days — $35 CAD

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or seasonal shipping volumes.

United States Shipping

Shipping rates for U.S. orders are calculated at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

Please note:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are not included at checkout. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

North + Rose is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We offer free local pickup at two locations.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

North + Rose is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

• The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order, or
• A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred.

While we will do our best to update the address, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has left our facility, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

North + Rose is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or high shipping volumes.
